Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365
Send from the customer’s mailbox through the official API.

Before you begin
Google sign-in is not mailbox consent. The Whynk administrator must configure OAuth first. The demo only needs its demo mailbox.
Steps to follow
- Open Mailboxes and choose Google or Microsoft. Sign into the correct provider account and approve mailbox access.
- Check sender, signature and sending limit. Start with agreed test addresses.
- Select the mailbox in campaign sending settings. Whynk fetches replies before executing new sends.
What you will see
The connected mailbox appears in Mailboxes. Gmail API or Microsoft Graph sends; Whynk manages the queue.
If something goes wrong
Access expired or sync failed? Repair the connection and check its status. Uncertain sends are not blindly retried.
