Before you begin

Open Inbox or Conversations from a campaign. Filters change the view, not access rights.

Select a conversation and check sender, campaign origin and message history.
Ask AI for analysis or a reply. Review intent and draft wording; explicitly confirm an opt-out.
Send the reviewed reply separately. Add an internal note, follow-up task or meeting and assign an owner as needed.

The review is preserved. Received replies stop further campaign follow-ups for that contact.

Missing reliable campaign origin? Choose the right AI context first. A changed message or draft invalidates an old proposal.
