Before you begin
Make sure you may use the company and product information. Open Knowledge in the correct workspace.
Steps to follow
- Create or edit the company profile and add products or services with their own descriptions.
- Add a public website source to the correct company or offer. Read the retrieved text and approve useful content.
- Choose the same company and offer in the campaign or AI assistant. Use the campaign edit link to update that knowledge.
What you will see
Knowledge and approved sources appear in the selected AI context.
If something goes wrong
Unable to retrieve a source? Check the public URL and retry. Remove outdated sources; existing proposals are not rewritten.
