A prospect has replied. In this fictional conversation, we read the response and choose the offer that belongs with the conversation.
The assistant helps you understand the response and suggests a reply. This is a fixed demo example. Review the suggestion alongside what the prospect actually asked.
We use the suggested reply, edit it and save a draft. Saving does not send an email. You stay in control of the wording and when to send it.
Turn the suggested follow-up into a task. Choose a clear title, an action type and a suitable time. Add preparation notes so you know what to discuss later.
The task now appears in your daily worklist, linked to the contact and conversation. Your reply draft is saved and the next step is planned. No message has been sent.
